Common questions

I paid but my results didn't unlock

For a website purchase, sign in with the same account at My reports and open the report you purchased. If you just paid, use Check again on the confirmation screen. For an app purchase, reopen the app; on an account-enabled version, sign in with the account used for that report. Keep the app's data until your report is saved. Email us with the approximate purchase time if you still need help.

Can I restore a single-test purchase?

Each single purchase unlocks one specific report, not future tests. Reports successfully saved to your account can be reopened by signing in on the website or an account-enabled app version. Apple's Restore Purchases does not restore consumables; an older device-only report can be lost when the app's data is deleted. An active legacy weekly subscription can be restored with Restore on the unlock screen.

How do I cancel a legacy weekly subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Neurobank and tap Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

How do I get a refund?

For an app purchase, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a website purchase through Stripe, contact [email protected] using the email address associated with your purchase.

I deleted the app — can you recover my score?

If your report was successfully saved to an account, sign in with that same account at My reports. The account-enabled iOS update will also support saved reports once it is available. Older app versions keep results only on your device. A report that was never saved to an account cannot be recovered after its local data is deleted. A website report remains available on the website while you wait for the app update.

Is this a real IQ test?

No. Neurobank produces an informal IQ-style estimate for educational and entertainment purposes. It is not a clinical or professionally administered assessment and shouldn't be used for any consequential decision.
